It is the so big hotel. Room also.

Rooms are noisy, you can hear people running along corridors and talking and even flushing toilets above. The food for breakfast is poor and considering the hotel is in the tea growing area, all they have is same same tea bags. The people are friendly and helpful but that is about all the good I can say about the Hotel. The rooms are stark and uninteresting.

All things were great. Bathroom was good , Bed was good , Room size was big. View from the room was also good. Staff was also very good and supportive. Property is also in a very good shape. Food is good compared to Kandy restaurant. Overall everything was very good.

Nice building & furniture. That's all about it!!. Extremely bad management reflected on the service quality and safety in general. The gym is deserted, no safety, toilets locked no towels, water, first aid, phone, but above all I was kicked out cuz someone wants to go home. Timing in guide book is 10 but forcefully & rudly kicked me at 8. Room service: you order but nothing got delivered!!! Spa closed & therapist was working outside ...

Pleasant hotel in the mountains, with beautiful view. Nice spaceous rooms in the UK style. There was a great choice of food during the dinner and breakfast. Lot of sweets and nice decoration of the meals. I really enjoyed my stay for one night.

We stayed only one night there. Very helpful staff and management. They cared about us. Food is really nice. The best indian food we tried in srilanka. Room very clean and very big. Recommend for indians. Thank u for the everything you done for us.................................
